• Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid for one-time use only, strictly for the date, time, and number of participants specified on the voucher.
• Postponement Policy: Tickets may be postponed once without charge. Customers must notify Pattaya City Tour Co., Ltd. at least 1 working day (24 hours) prior to the service date mentioned on the voucher.
• Cancellation Policy: Tickets may be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation fees may apply according to operator policy.
• Operator Cancellation (Weather / Unforeseen Circumstances): In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen operational circumstances, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity, In such cases, customers may choose to: 1 Reschedule to another available date, 2 Request a full refund
• Non-Refundable Scenarios: Tickets are non-refundable in cases of late arrival or no arrival (no-show).
• Weight Requirement: To be eligible for the activity, participants must weigh between 40 kg and 120 kg.
• Health & Medical Requirements: Participants must be physically fit and are required to sign a medical waiver declaring any pre-existing medical conditions,The following individuals are not permitted to participate:

• It is able to postpone 1 time without charge and it must be informed at least 3 working day prior to the service date mentioned in the voucher.
• Ticket can be canceled at least 48 hours in advance with a fee.
