- It is able to postpone 1 time without charge and it must be informed at least 3 working day prior to the service date mentioned in the voucher.
- Ticket can be canceled at least 48 hours in advance with a fee.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances or bad weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. In such case, customers can either reschedule or request a full refund.
- Ticket is non-refundable incase of inclement weather, late arrival or no show, not using some part or all of the services included in the ticket price, mistake caused during booking or payment by customer.
